My Olympic Lifting Mastery Seminar will provide you with both the practical and scientific foundations needed to learn or dramatically improve your ability to perform and or coach the Snatch and Clean and Jerk.

This full day Olympic Weightlifting seminar is like none other in the industry!

Not only will you leave with a full arsenal of easy to understand Olympic lifting coaching progressions, you will also learn how to identify and correct the physical limitations, which negatively effect technical mastery of the Olympic lifts. You will have the opportunity to put your newly improved skills to the test during a simulated competition at the conclusion of the seminar.To help improve your understanding of the Olympic lifts, you will be filmed and your technique biomechanically analyzed using the same technology found at our Olympic Training Center.
