Personalized BASICS Course ($390)
Now in its 4th year, our beginner-friendly 6-week course is perfect for learning or refreshing the basics of the snatch and clean & jerk. If you’d like an individual approach to learning basic barbell lifts (including the Olympic lifts), our personalized BASICS course is for you.
Each personalized course consists of 2 training days/week for 6 weeks. A total of 12 sessions. You may begin whenever you like and arrange your sessions on any days/times that fit your schedule. You may choose from the following topics for your personalized course:
- Basic barbell movements (squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, and row)
- Olympic lifts (snatch & clean & jerk)
