Fix Your Technique Sundays are back!

Want expert feedback on your Olympic lifts without a major commitment? Look no further. Our Fix Your Technique Sundays are back.

Come fix your Snatch and/or Clean & Jerk technique under the watchful eyes of one of our coaches. Not a class but personal, custom coaching.

• Identify what you’re doing well
• Learn what aspect(s) of your technique needs the most work
• Learn drills you can take home for practice and improvement

This has been one of our most popular services over the last several years. We’re bringing it back by demand.

We’ll be open the following Sundays for custom coaching by appointment:

• July 28 – SOLD OUT
• August 18 – SOLD OUT
• September 15 – SOLD OUT
• NEW: October 20
• NEW: November 24

We now have 2 sessions available each Sunday: 10:00am-12:00pm and 12:00pm-2:00pm

Limited to just 4 people per session.

$45. Non-members only. Advanced registration required. Reserve your spot here.

Please note: These sessions are designed to fix your existing technique. You need not have lots of experience, but some prior practice is required (otherwise we’ll have no technique to fix!). If you’ve never practiced the snatch or clean & jerk, consider our BASICS course instead.

CAN’T ATTEND BUT INTERESTED?

Can’t join us yet but want to learn about future dates/sessions? Sign-up here and we’ll let you know when we add dates for these (or similar) sessions.
