We offer daily weightlifting classes for lifters of all skill levels. Classes are designed to improve your technique, strength, and power under the guidance of our expert weightlifting coaches.

We program using consecutive, periodized training blocks lasting approx. 4-6 weeks each. At the end of each block, you’ll have a chance to test your progress. All classes also offer a technique-only track (focus is movement quality only, not intended to add significant weight to the bar).

Which option is best for you?
Class passes and memberships allow you to attend any weightlifting class. Once you purchase a membership or pass, you can RSVP online to attend the class(es) of your choice. Class passes function like punch-cards. They must be used within 6 months of purchase. Memberships are offered on a recurring, month-to-month basis and may be cancelled any time (with 30-days written notice).
- Single class pass – Attend any one class. Pass is valid for 6 mos.
BUY NOW ($30) - Six-class pass – Functions just like a punch-card. Good for any 6 classes. Pass is valid for 6 mos.
BUY NOW ($115) - One class per week – Attend any one class per week (need not be same class each week).
BUY NOW ($99/mo) - Unlimited classes – Attend as many classes each week as you like.
