FREE TECHNIQUE INSTRUCTION

Weightlifting BASICS e-Course
Want to learn the basics of the snatch and clean and jerk? In just nine lessons, you'll learn the Olympic lifts just like you would in person at our gym. First we'll break them down for you into simple parts, then we help you put the parts together and practice the full movements. The course is self-guided, self-paced, and best of all: Free.

Note: Though we're not lifting heavy weights here, it helps if you have access to a barbell for this course. However you could substitute a broomstick or equivalent and follow along just fine. 

LIVE TECHNIQUE COACHING

Sheltering at home without a coach? No problem. Let our professional coaches join you at your home gym via live videoconference. We'll review your technique, provide you with our best advice and drills, and answer any questions you have.

Sign-up for a private 1-on-1 session or train with a friend/partner (same or separate locations).

1-on-1 (60 min, fully private):

Training partners (60 min, 2 athletes, 1 coach):
